The Department of Economics at Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) in Quito (Ecuador) invites applications for Full-Time positions as Assistant professors in all fields. Special consideration will be given to the following areas:

- Macroeconomics
- Economic Growth
- International Economics
- Experimental economics
- Applied economics: Microeconomics or macroeconomics
- Development economics
- Environmental/natural resources

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and publish in leading academic journals. The position requires a Ph.D. in Economics (or completion of a Ph.D. by August 2023 preferred but required by January 2024). Fluency in Spanish is required.
