Job Description
* Gathers/analyzes an array of economic information for employment discrimination cases and the general enforcement of the statutes enforced by EEOC.
* Reviews/evaluates studies performed by external experts in the field of labor economics and assesses their relevance or appropriateness to the analysis of employment discrimination studies.
* Provides guidance, including advice and support, to field and legal staff concerning appropriate economic and statistical techniques to be used in conducting analyses in employment discrimination cases and in research efforts.
* Applies econometrics, other statistical/quantitative techniques and systems, and research design principles to develop statistical evidence of discrimination for Commission investigation cases.

* Selected Candidate(s) will have the option of working in one of the EEOC's 53 field offices nationwide or at headquarters in Washington, DC.
Relocation is not authorized.
* The current Telework Policy requires that employees go into the office 2 days per week. This isn't a Remote or 100% Telework position.
* Salary listed DOES NOT include locality. For example, a GS-13 Step 2 with Washington DC/Arlington VA/Baltimore MD locality currently makes
$110,384 and a GS-13 Step 5 with San Jose/San Francisco/Oakland locality currently makes $131,384.
