Duties
As a Supervisory Economist (Enforcement), you will:

Develop both short- and long-term strategies related to employing economic and data analytics in enforcement investigations and litigation.
Serve as senior internal expert responsible for providing guidance and explanation about technical strategies to management, attorneys, and economists to help them understand key aspects of products or services at issue in investigation and litigation.
Provide expert advice, recommendations, conclusions, and findings to senior management and Bureau staff who draw legal conclusions based on the facts developed during the course of investigations or litigation regarding advanced economic, analytical, mathematical, or statistical theories, principles, concepts, methods, and techniques related
to statistical analysis, parametric and non-parametric analysis, computer modeling, decision theory, mathematical programming, regression analysis, and economic analysis.
Identify emerging issues and make recommendations on potential policy or investigative approaches.
