We are seeking an Economic Tools Development Manager (Senior Agricultural Economist) to lead development of our soil health economic calculator. Specifically, this person will lead an interdisciplinary research team studying the relationship between soil health and economic indicators. This research will expand functionality of our existing soil health economic tools.
The successful candidate will have a strong econometric background, knowledge of agricultural conservation practices and have experience managing a team of researchers.
• PhD or master’s degree in agricultural or resource economics with 6+ years’ work experience
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States for American Farmland Trust (Unfortunately, AFT cannot sponsor visas)
