The Bert W. Wasserman Department of Economics and Finance is seeking applicants for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in Economics starting Fall 2023, subject to final budget approval. The successful candidate will engage in high quality scholarly research, teach undergraduate and graduate courses in economics, mentor students (undergraduate, master's, Ph.D.), and share responsibility for committee and department assignments.

Qualifications: Ph.D. in Economics or a closely related field. Demonstrated ability to conduct high quality scholarly research, ability to teach successfully and to cooperate with colleagues for the good of the institution. We are particularly interested in candidates specialized in

1) industrial organization, broadly defined to include the economics of innovation and automation, organizations, and strategy

2) data-intensive and computational methods used in macroeconomics and econometrics, among other fields
