The China Center for Behavioral Economics and Finance (https://ccbef.swufe.edu.cn) at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics invites applications for faculty positions at all levels. We have a diverse mix of Chinese and international faculty ranging in interest from theory to experimental and empirical research.

Over the past several years, faculty members have published in top international journals such as Econometrica, Journal of Political Economy, PNAS, Journal of the European Economic Association, Management Science, Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Economic Theory, Economic Journal, AEJ: Microeconomics, International Economic Review, Games and Economic Behaviour, Economic Theory, European Economic Review, Scientific Reports, and Psychoneuroendocrinology.

Junior candidates should demonstrate potential for publication at international well-regarded journals and have a PhD degree in economics, finance or a related field by the time of appointment.

Senior candidates should have an established track record in research and teaching as well as a developed agenda for upcoming research. They are also expected to engage in mentoring junior faculty members.

The compensation package and working conditions are competitive. Sufficient research fund and research facilities will be provided.

We will begin conducting online interviews from mid-December onwards. Interested applicants are advised to submit their applications early.
