Full Text of JOE Listing:
RTI International's Health Practice Area’s Health Economics Program is seeking early career or senior researchers with interests in behavioral health economics. As a Research Economist, you will conduct policy analysis and research on substance abuse and mental health, with a focus on analyzing the impacts of prevention and treatment policy using a variety of data sources (Health Economics Programs | RTI). Experience with simulation modeling is desired, but not required.
Staff will lead projects, contribute to and lead proposals to government agencies and other funding entities, and publish and present on findings for scientific audiences. Opportunities exist for new and experienced Ph.D.’s and for economists and policy analysts with equivalent experience in academia, government, industry, or consulting.
