The Economics Department at Lafayette College invites applications from qualified individuals for two Visiting Assistant Professors in Economics beginning July 1, 2023. One of the positions is for a two-year term and the other is for a one-year term. We seek candidates with a strong commitment to high quality undergraduate education. The successful candidates will teach Principles of Economics and Intermediate Microeconomics and/or Intermediate Macroeconomics, as well as elective courses that fit within the department’s curriculum. This is a full-time appointment with a 3/3 teaching load each year. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Economics or expect to complete all requirements by July 1, 2023.
