The Institute is an autonomous research and training organization established in 1952. The Institute’s faculties work in several areas of Economics, Sociology, and Demography. The Institute of Economic Growth (IEG), Delhi invites online applications for one post at the rank of Professor (UR Category) at the Pay Matrix Level-14 and another post of Assistant Professor at the Pay Matrix Level–10 in the HDFC Bank Chair of Banking and Finance at IEG at the Institute.

The position will promote research and higher levels of learning in banking and finance, macroeconomics, financial economics, monetary economics, financial market regulation, and other related fields.
