IFPRI is currently recruiting for the following positions:

# 23-106– Senior Research Fellow/Washington, DC – conduct and lead divisional research on international trade and investment in agri-food products and activities, with a focus on quantitative analysis of global agri-food value chains and market dynamics, changing production and consumption patterns induced by climate change and market uncertainty, and analysis of options for internationally concerted policies for sustainable food system transformation.

#23-112 - Associate Research Fellow/Research Fellow/Sri Lanka – conduct research examining the effects of interventions designed to increase healthy food intake across the value chain and will also engage in analysis of secondary datasets including household surveys, market price and food environment surveys.

#23-117 – Associate Research Fellow/Washington, DC –conduct mixed-methods, policy-relevant research focused on women’s empowerment and gender equality in low- and lower-middle-income countries. This position will be developing women’s empowerment metrics and conducting innovative research related to women’s empowerment that compliments the team’s ongoing work on the project-level Women’s Empowerment in Agriculture Index (pro-WEAI) and the Women’s Empowerment Metric for National Statistical Systems (WEMNS).
