Luther College seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor or Instructor of Economics for one-year position, with the possibility of renewal, to begin late August 2023. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. or be ABD. The successful candidates will demonstrate teaching excellence, a commitment to mentoring and advising students, and a passion for the liberal arts. Strong applicants from all fields will be considered, although preference will be given to candidates who are able to teach statistics, econometrics, or intermediate theory courses, as well as elective courses in the candidate’s field. Opportunities exist for funding to pursue scholarship.
