We are seeking an Agricultural Economist to join our Soil Health Economics Accelerator Team within the Water Initiative. This position will be responsible for improving our Excel-based Retrospective Soil Health Economic Calculator (R-SHEC) Tool and reviewing the calculations used in our Soil Health Case Studies.

This remotely located professional will also contribute to other interdisciplinary project teams. Depending on work experience and interest in taking on a supervisory role, the salary ranges from $75,000 to $105,000.

Qualifications:

Higher-level degree(s) in agricultural economics

Strong background in production economics

Expertise in US commodity crop production

Knowledge of soil health practices is a plus.
