The Robert Day School (RDS) of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna College (CMC) invites applications for a tenured / tenure-track position in Finance. We invite applicants at the assistant professor level, associate professor level, and early full professor level. The position will begin on July 1, 2024. The successful candidate is expected to hold a Ph.D. by the time of the appointment.

The successful applicant will teach courses in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Finance, Investments, or Entrepreneurial Finance. The teaching load is two courses per semester. The candidate must have demonstrated ability to maintain an active, high quality research program and the highest standards of excellence in teaching.

Salary expectations are $200-280K, depending on rank and experience.
