Full Text of JOE Listing:

The Department of Economics in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute invites applications for two open-rank tenure-track faculty positions. Candidates for Assistant, Associate or Full Professor are encouraged to apply.

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Economics at time of appointment. Areas of interest include: environmental and/or energy economics; applied econometrics; or applied microeconomics and policy. We anticipate an August 2024 start.

Expected hiring ranges:
• Assistant Professor: $110,000 - $130,000
• Associate Professor: $129,000 - $156,000
• Professor: $155,000 - $185,000
