DTU Management is inviting applications for a position as a full professor in finance. The professorship is affiliated with the Division for Climate and Energy Policy.

The division is an interdisciplinary research unit addressing the societal aspects of the green transition and key policies to support it. We offer an excellent research environment with international staff, postdocs, and PhD students.

We deliver research-based insights to policymakers and industry professionals on climate mitigation, adaptation, and pathways for reducing carbon emissions and damage costs from climate change. Our research is rooted in energy and climate economics, and we use energy and climate models and rich data from micro to macro levels.

We seek a professor, who can build a strong research team to deliver decision support to businesses and policymakers. A core area of research will be identifying financial activities, strategies, and instruments that link financial decisions to environmental performance and climate-related risks to align financial decisions with sustainability objectives. We expect the candidate to exhibit academic leadership, attract grants, and build a fruitful environment based on the professorship.
