New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (NMT) invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in business management with a preferred start in fall 2024 (spring 2025 acceptable). While we will consider excellent candidates in any fields of business management, preferences may be given to organizational behavior, corporate governance, marketing, and business economics and policy. Required qualifications include [1] A Ph.D. in business administration, management, or a related discipline; [2] ability to establish a research program supporting graduate and undergraduate students at a small institution and engaging local and regional stakeholders; [3] ability to teach courses in areas related to
business management and engineering management; [4] ability to support student success by engaging and mentoring students from diverse academic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds.

The position will carry responsibilities in research (40%), teaching (40%, two courses per semester), and services (20%). The position will remain open until filled. For best consideration, please apply by February 19, 2024. For more information about the position and application instructions,
