The Hoover Institution invites outstanding scholars worldwide to apply for the National Fellows Program. This fellowship offers a one-year period for creative research and publication, allowing scholars to complete significant research projects with the expectation of producing a publishable manuscript. Fellows will be in residence at Stanford University, with access to the Hoover Library and Archives and opportunities to engage with leading scholars.

Eligibility:
Candidates should hold a Ph.D. (or equivalent) with a strong publication record and are typically 5-10 years beyond the Ph.D. They are expected to return to full-time appointments at their institutions after the fellowship.
