Full Text of JOE Listing:

The Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate faculty position, with appointment to begin September 1, 2025. Applicants should have a demonstrated record of publications and research excellence in their field, and a PhD in a relevant domain.

Successful candidates will demonstrate research interests that focus on infrastructure finance, governance, and/or policy (broadly defined). Topics of interest include (but are not limited to) finance and governance mechanisms and instruments, the political economy of infrastructure development and management, public/private partnerships, and physical infrastructure relevant for climate change response – such as resilient road and drainage systems and renewable energy development. Comparative cross-country interests are a plus. Nevertheless, all applicants with the desired focus or interest are welcome to apply. Candidates should have the skills and qualifications to be active contributors to at least one of Wagner’s core courses, and to teach elective courses as well.
