California State Polytechnic University, Pomona invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in the Department of Economics. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate classes in applied microeconomics. Possible areas of interest include labor economics, environmental and natural resource economics, public economics, financial economics, experimental and behavioral economics. The successful candidate will also be expected to produce high quality original research in an applied microeconomics field, related empirical, theoretical, or methodological contributions to the field are also recognized as legitimate scholarly pursuits.

A Ph.D. in economics is required. ABD applicants will be considered with evidence that the degree requirements will be completed by the start date of the position.
