Columbia Climate School at Columbia University in New York, NY, seeks applications from innovative doctoral candidates or recent Ph.D. recipients (within 3 years of degree receipt) interested in a broad set of climate issues. Profs. Robert D. Metcalfe at Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs and Gernot Wagner at Columbia Business School, in particular, seek suitable economics Ph.D. candidates with a broad set of interests and backgrounds seeking to address critical climate and energy policy issues.

Candidates who have developed cross-disciplinary approaches during their graduate studies or are interesting to develop cross-disciplinary approaches will find unique opportunities to engage in research programs at the leading edge of sustainable development.
