Adjunct Faculty – Economics – Northeastern New York

The Department of Economics in The College of Social Sciences and Humanities at Northeastern University seeks applicants for part-time teaching in its undergraduate program on the Northeastern New York campus for the Fall 2026 semester. Applicants qualified to teach microeconomics and macroeconomics at the introductory level are encouraged to apply. Part-time lecturers are responsible for the preparation and administration of assigned classes, including administering exams, holding appropriate office hours, and grading. Classes are taught on-site on the Northeastern New York campus located in Manhattan.

Positions are contingent upon enrollment, funding, and programmatic need.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Economics preferred; master’s degree required for undergraduate teaching. College-level teaching experience preferred.
