Full Text of JOE Listing:
The Department of Finance at National Central University (NCU), Taiwan, invites applications for tenure-track positions in Finance at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, with appointments beginning in February 2027, August 2027, or February 2028.
NCU is a leading research university in Taiwan with strong international collaborations. We welcome applicants from all areas of finance, including asset pricing, corporate finance, banking and financial intermediation, real estate finance, financial engineering, household finance, FinTech, digital assets, AI in finance, and ESG/sustainable finance.
Applicants should demonstrate strong quantitative training and a strong record of, or potential for, publishing in leading international journals. Successful candidates are expected to conduct high-quality research, teach undergraduate and graduate finance courses (including in English), and contribute to the department's teaching, research, and service.
A Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field is required by the appointment date.
