Franklin & Marshall College invites applications for a tenure-track position in the Department of Business, Organizations and Society beginning August 2027. Appointment is for nine months per year (August - May). The rank will be Assistant Professor or Instructor DOQ. Applicants should possess or be close to completing a doctorate. We are interested in candidates who can contribute to the department’s quantitative methods curriculum and teach upper-level undergraduate courses in business analytics, applied data analysis, and/or emerging technologies. The successful candidate will also contribute to a secondary area of the business curriculum, such as financial accounting, finance, marketing, operations, or management information systems. In addition, the candidate would offer courses that build on the Department’s offerings along with contributions in the College’s general education program. Faculty maintain active research programs and contribute to the College’s shared governance.
