Southern Illinois University Edwardsville invites applications for the position of Dean of the School of Business. Candidates must have an earned doctorate from an accredited university in one of the fields of study offered by the School or in a closely related field with sufficient accomplishments for appointment as a tenured faculty member in a department of the School. Evidence demonstrating strength in leadership and administration, scholarship, teaching excellence, service, corporate engagement, and fundraising ability are expected. Significant administrative experience at an AACSB accredited institution and with the accreditation process are required. Successful candidates will have the capacity to foster relationships with alumni, community and industry partners, and other stakeholders. The dean will also contribute towards enhancing University’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity.
