The Division of Social Science at New York University Abu Dhabi is accepting applications for faculty positions in Economic History, broadly defined, at any level (assistant, associate or full professor). The Division is multidisciplinary and we welcome applications from candidates from across the social sciences, including economics, political science and sociology. The expected start date is September 2018 or September 2019. Terms of employment are competitive with leading US institutions and include generous research funds as well as housing and educational subsidies.
 
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. The review of applications will begin immediately, and will continue until positions are filled. To ensure full consideration by the search committee, applicants should submit their curriculum vitae, statement of research, and representative manuscripts/publications. Applicants will be prompted to enter the names and email addresses of at least three referees.  Each referee will be contacted to upload their reference letter.  Senior candidates are not required to submit references at this time.
