The Economics Department at University of Colorado Denver invites applications for one instructor position for the 2018/2019 academic year. The duration of the position is one year with possibility of renewal depending upon funding and satisfactory performance. The position requires the individual to teach at least one semester (fall and spring) in our undergraduate program in Beijing, China (International College in Beijing). The individual is expected to teach three or four classes per semester. Candidates should have at least a Master’s degree in economics by August 2018. Candidates from all fields of economics will be considered and those with teaching experience are highly encouraged to apply. The International College in Beijing (ICB) is administered by CU Denver and confers a University of Colorado degree. All instruction is in English. Tuition and standards are high and the majority of students are economics majors. The school is located on the China Agricultural University campus in northern Beijing.
