Department of Accounting, School of Business, Nanjing University invites applications for faculty positions at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professors in the areas of accounting, finance and auditing. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, outstanding research support, research funds, housing subsidies and other benefits.

Regular positions are available for appointments starting July 1, 2019.

Salary Range:
Assistant Professor: above RMB 400,000 (before tax), Negotiable, Highly Competitive;
Associate Professor: Negotiable, Highly Competitive;
Full Professor: Negotiable, Highly Competitive.

Qualifications:
1. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree or be nearing completion of their Ph.D. degree requirements in Economics, Finance or Accounting (for assistant professor positions).
2. Other qualifications include a strong research orientation, a strong commitment to high-quality teaching, and the ability to supervise postgraduate candidates.
3. Applicants for senior positions should have documented excellence in research as evidenced by publications in top academic journals.

1. A copy of your latest curriculum vitae;
2. Evidence of teaching effectiveness (if available);
3. Two representative publications/working papers;
4. Three confidential reference letters.
