The Department of Economics and International Business invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position. Although candidates with specialization in any field of economics will be considered, special consideration will be given to those candidates with a strong background in International Economics and/or International Trade.
The department values high-quality research and teaching and it is ranked in the top 15 in Texas in the IDEAS database. The department is located within the College of Business Administration (which is AACSB accredited), offers BBA degrees in Economics, International Business, and a new MS degree in Applied Economics that started in Fall 2023.
