AEA Annual Elections. The Nominating Committee, consisting of Olivier Blanchard (Chair), Erica Field, Donna Ginther, Olivia Mitchell, Robert Porter, James Rebitzer, Betsey Stevenson, and Lowell Taylor submitted its nominations for vice presidents and elected members of the Executive Committee on April 16. The Electoral College, consisting of the Nominating Committee and the Executive Committee's voting members together, then selected the nominee for president-elect.

It's not too late to register for the Tenth Annual AEA Conference on Teaching and Research in Economic Education (CTREE) which will be held virtually June 2 - 4, 2021. The conference is hosted by the AEA Committee on Economic Education in conjunction with the Journal of Economic Education. Plenary talks will be given by Betsey Stevenson (University of Michigan) and John Taylor (Stanford University). AEA Initiatives for Diversity and Inclusion. The AEA launched several initiatives to support its goal to promote diversity and inclusion in the economics profession.
