The Women in Economics Intiativie Mentoring Programme - Sign-up closes on August 31, 2023. 
The Women in Economics Initiative set up the Mentorign Programme to empower the next generation of young economists by connecting them in a structured setting. This is a 10-month program starting in October 2023. 

NSF REU: INSPIRE U2 - Summer 2023
NSF REU: INSPIRE U2 provides a learning pathway that will set underrepresented female students on a track toward advanced degrees and careers in statistical fields. Paid undergraduate summer research opportunity. Held at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. 

AEA Summer Training Program - May 25 – July 23, 2023
Since 1974, the AEA Summer Training Program and Scholarship Program have increased diversity in the field of economics by preparing talented undergraduates for doctoral programs in economics and related disciplines. Held at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.

Exploring Careers in Economics - Fall & Spring 
This program will offer students a chance to learn about and discuss opportunities in economics generally, and learn about career paths within the Federal Reserve System. Held virtually and by invitation only at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C.

Introduction to Diversity in Doctoral Education and Scholarship (IDDEAS) - November 6 and 7, 2023
This Program seeks to attract a diverse group of promising undergraduate students and introduce them to research at the doctoral level. The goal of this program is to support and encourage student and faculty diversity in business schools. Held at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Chicago, Illinois. 

Promoting Inclusion in Economic Research (PIER) - April 29, 2023
This conference will bring undergraduate students from a range of institutions together at Williams College to share their research and engage in networking and mentoring activities.  The conference aims to promote economic research by and professional development of undergraduate students whose identities or life experiences are under-represented in the field of economics. 

PhD Excellence Initiative 
The PhD Excellence Initiative drives diversity in the field of economics by offering rigorous, post-baccalaureate fellowships to high-achieving scholars of color, setting them on the path to pursue doctoral degrees and research careers at the nation’s top institutions.
