Vaccination Requirement: In order to provide an environment that is as safe as possible, the AEA is requiring vaccinations including the booster for all participants at the 2022 CTREE Conference. When registering, you will be required to upload proof of one of the full FDA authorized vaccination series. The proof must be uploaded as one file in a .jpeg or .png format showing your name and dates of vaccinations.

Early registration rate ended April 22. The deadline to register is May 10 to be guaranteed a hotel room at the conference rate and there are no refunds after April 22. The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago will host a dinner and speaker on Wednesday night, June 1. Space is limited to the first 240 that register for the event.
Hotel Reservations
The Chicago Palmer House Hilton single/double rate is $199 per night plus tax and fees. Deadline to make your hotel reservation was May 10. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Credit cards must be valid through June 2022. Make, modify, or cancel your hotel reservation on-line until May 10, 5:00 pm Eastern time. After May 10, contact the Chicago Palmer House Hilton directly for changes at 877-865-5321. Hotel cannot guarantee the conference rate after May 10. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your arrival or you will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax and fees, or if you are a no-show.

Submissions were accepted via the AEA online submission system, which opened September 1, and the submission deadline was December 1. Submissions could be of individual papers, complete sessions of three or four papers, workshops, or panels. Submissions of completed sessions are especially encouraged.
