Job market interviews have always been a central part of the ASSA Annual Meeting but will occur online once again in 2025.

We hope that you will continue to take advantage of the JOE Network for your candidate profiles, job listings, and letter writing, as well as the application module that includes a tool for scheduling interviews. The AEA will continue to provide Signaling and the Job Market Scramble.

The AEA Committee on the Job Market offers periodic updates on conditions in the job market, and has issued guidance and a timeline for the 2024-25 economics job cycle.
