How to Login

Check your registration confirmation email or go to your conference registration account at https://conf.aeaweb.org to find your meeting login credentials. For further assistance, contact us at assa@vanderbilt.edu.

You must be registered for the conference in order to use the app. Advance registration is now closed. You may register onsite at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Third Floor, Stars at Night Prefunction beginning Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 1:30 pm.

Features

Build your personal daily schedule
Plan your day by selecting sessions from the visual schedule, categories, or via search and hit the schedule icon in the session detail view. Schedules will sync across devices.

View the program
The app enables you to browse the program and find session locations based on floor maps.

Receive reminders and updates
Keep an eye on your dynamic home screen to see important messages, upcoming events, or sessions about to start.

Engage and network
Browse speakers, find exhibitors, and share via X (formerly known as Twitter) or email.

Personalize the event program
Bookmark any item to revisit it later.

Take notes
Take notes on sessions, speakers, and exhibits. At the end of the event, you can export notes and bookmarked items through email. 

Comments and Messages

A networking module in the ASSA 2024 mobile app allows you to connect with other registered attendees with comments and messages.  To remove the commenting and messaging feature in the mobile app, go to “More” and choose “Login Settings.” Then select “My Profile Settings” where you can change your “Active” status from “on” (default) to “off.” Other registered attendees will not be able to message you via the app when your active status is off.
